I love the simplicity of ink and wash drawings because you can say so much with very minimal brush strokes.

The brush I was using was a bit big without a pointed end so I found it impossible to make my shadow shapes just the way I wanted them. If I had a nice pointy brush then I could have made very precise narrow shapes and I believe it would have made the drawings look much better. I will definitely get a better brush for next time.
